No events

At North Hills we believe that parents are the primary spiritual influences in the lives of their children, but we recognize that the church family can be a powerful supplement to the foundation parents lay at home. With this in mind, North Hills aims to provide a dynamic, fun-filled environment for children to learn about Jesus and continue their spiritual journey toward Jesus.

Sunday School

On Sunday mornings at 9 AM, we provide children's Sunday School classes in Dodson Hall where children learn about Jesus, play games, do crafts, have a snack, and build relationships with other kids and their teacher.

Children's Worship

The North Hills Worship Service is from 10:30 - 11:45 AM inside the Worship Center. During this time, we offer Children's Worship in Dodson Hall for 5th grade and under. Please note that parents need to check in their child in the Worship Center lobby before bringing them to Dodson Hall.

Message from the Children's Ministry Director

Dear North Hills Family,

Beginning this Sunday, July 26, there will be no Sunday School on the last Sunday of each month for Children’s Ministry.

We know Sunday mornings can be a whirlwind. Getting everyone dressed, fed, and out the door is no small task! Our prayer is that this monthly rhythm gives your family a chance to slow down and simply be together before worship begins.
Instead of rushing from class to class, we hope you’ll enjoy the gift of unhurried time together.

Sometimes the best preparation for Sunday isn’t another activity, but simply being together, talking about Jesus, and entering His house with hearts that are calm and ready to listen.

This monthly pause also gives our faithful Sunday School teachers an opportunity to rest, be refreshed, and worship alongside their own families.

As my own children are almost all grown, I wish I had more unhurried mornings with them. So, take a breath. Be together. Cherish your time with them. Snuggle a little longer. Hold their hands a little tighter. Enjoy your blessings because they grow up so fast.

Thank you for partnering with us as we continue to nurture faith in the next generation. We look forward to worshiping together as one church family.
